French famous woman sailor and Vice Chairman of Conservatory for the Littoral, Maud Fontenoy has announced her new role as official ambassador BioMarine Ambassador last week. “We need to turn the tide to save our planet” says Maud in a special interview for BioMarine. It is time to react and advance with more sustainable solutions for the sea, her second home as she has been sailing since early childhood. Maud Fontenoy is also the first woman to row solo across the North Atlantic in 2003 and then the Pacific in 2005.The last one she rowed over 7081 kilometres (4.400miles) in 73 days. BioMarine team is especially proud to have Maud on its side and promote together “The wave of change”. |
