Registration and access to the 1 to 1 meetings will be validated upon full payment of fees. The reduced fees will only apply when early registration is accompanied by payment and received before said deadline (31 May 2017). If your payment is not received before the deadline, the late registration fee will automatically be charged.

After 18 September 2017 midnight GMT, credit card payments only will be accepted.

  • Immediate Online Payment using credit cards Visa, MasterCard or American Express only.
  • Wire transfer : A purchase order will be sent with information for the wire transfer. Please note that an additional 5% of the total amount will be applied to cover bank’ transfer fees. Please reference BMC 2017 and name of delegate(s) on the wire transfer.
  • The invoice is due within 14 days of the invoice date. Full payment should be received before the relevant deadline.
  • We reserve the right to cancel unpaid registrations fees after 28 days. Participants who wish to re-register may be subject to additional fees.
  • All Credit Card transactions will be charged in euros using our bank rate, which may differ from the exchange rates used by credit card companies. When you choose to pay by credit card you accept these terms and conditions.
  • Official receipts will be sent to delegates via email only.
