Terms & Conditions
Cancellation and Refund Policy : In order to receive a refund (minus a € 300 processing fee), cancellations must be submitted by email at veronique.erwes@biomarine.org no later than August 24th 2012. After August 24th 2012, registration fees are nonrefundable ; however, you may send a replacement from your company at no additional charge. Please note : Refunds and credits are not available for registrations processed and paid for prior to obtaining a discounted rate or complimentary registration. For questions, please email veronique.erwes@biomarine.org before completing your registration. In case of a no-show, registration fees are non-refundable Refunds will be processed after the BioMarine Business Convention
Cancellation at the request of the organizers : By unilateral written notice, for whatever reason whatsoever, except in the case of “Force Majeure” as defined in commonly used insurance policy. Reimbursement of all sums paid :In case of cancellation at the request of the organizers , the Sponsor, company presenter and/or attendee will not be eligible for any indemnity or compensation whatsoever beyond the reimbursement of all sums paid, regardless of the timing and rationale of the unilateral decision.
Company Presenters :Full payment is due within 15 days of issued invoice date. We reserve the right to reassign and/or resell company presentation slots without prior notification if payment deadlines are missed. Once payment is received, we will reserve your slot in the program; for this reason company presenter slots are nonrefundable, should you choose to cancel after payment has been received.
Conditions d’annulation et de remboursement
Afin de recevoir un remboursement (moins 300€ de frais dossier), les annulations doivent être soumises par courriel à veronique.erwes@biomarine.org au plus tard le 24 Août 2012. Après le 24 Août 2012, les frais d’inscription ne seront pas remboursables; vous pouvez cependant envoyer un remplaçant de votre compagnie sans frais supplémentaires. Si vous êtes déjà inscrit et avez payé, aucun remboursement ne sera possible dans le cas d’un tarif promotionnel ou d’une inscription offerte. Pour toute question, veuillez nous contacter par courriel à veronique.erwes@biomarine.org avant de vous inscrire. En cas de non présentation à l’évènement, aucun remboursement ne sera effectué.Les remboursements seront effectués après BioMarine Business Convention
Annulation par l’organisateur :Par notification écrite unilatérale, pour quelque raison qui soit, excepté dans le cas de « force majeure » comme définie dans tout contrat d’assurance. Remboursement des frais payés :En cas d’annulation sur demande de l’Organisateur, le sponsor/« company presenter » n’aura droit à aucune indemnité ou compensation au-delà du remboursement des frais payés, qu’elles que soient la date et raison de cette décision unilatérale.
Company Presenters :Le paiement intégral est dû dans les trente (30) jours suivant de la date de facturation. Nous nous réservons le droit de réattribuer les créneaux de présentation de compagnie sans avis préalable, si la date limite de paiement a été dépassée. Une fois le paiement reçu, nous réserverons votre créneau dans le programme ; pour cette raison les créneaux de présentation de compagnie ne seront pas remboursables dans le cas d’annulation de votre part, une fois le paiement reçu.
